I was feeling pretty awful after traveling for the holidays and squeezed out some vent art. I chalked it up originally to my acid reflux being awful during the holidays, as it felt very much like the worst version of a sore throat. Raw burning sensation in throat and upper chest, no actual cough but all the discomfort, light-headed, everything felt hot…. tried to scribble something to represent it w/ Wick. I felt like I should be able to breathe fire or something. Two days went past, taking acid reflux meds did help so I thought 'oh hey it was just my esophagus', and then I effectively got hit by the Covid bus for the first time ever and spent a whole week suffering.
