This fella has been finished for a bit but I'm working on getting caught up on all the photos I need to post for yall, so here he is finally!
Nux was originally made way back in 2014, in my early suit making days, and I lost track of him after he changed hands a few times. I was very surprised one day to stumble across a Facebook Fursuiting Group post with a picture of him all banged up after a puppy got ahold of him and the current owner asking for advice on how to get him fixed!
I got in touch with the new owner and let them know I'd be happy to do a refurb on him to get him wearable and looking good again. They were thrilled to send him over to me and I got to work on him! The damage was pretty intense (Nose gone, teeth missing, hinges broken and the base was damaged) but after a bit of work he's back and better than ever. ๐ I'm so happy I was able to fix him up for his wonderful owner and so jazzed to see this suit again.
Nux is built on a
base, with a set of their following eyes that I painted to have a livley shimmery/metallic effect. He has a moving jaw and a jawset that was custom-sculpted by me along with a plush tongue. He also features lovely horsehair whiskers which are trimmed from the manes of horses I work with on the ranch then sanitized and carefully straightened before being individually placed on the head. His markings were lightly hand-drybrushed for blending.
Nux did also go home with a new tail and a set of paws though dummy me forgot to get better individual photos of them before he went home.
It doesn't matter how much time has passed or if the suit has changed hands, I'm always happy to do free or material cost repairs and refurbs on my past work for people. ๐ฅฐ

Thank you! ๐
Free or material cost refurbs/repairs are just something I like to offer to people with my suits because I get so attached to them, and I love taking care of my suiters whether they were the original buyer or not. ๐ฅฐ More than anything I love seeing people happy with my work too.
