What's this? A remake of that sketch of Nina Cortex I got from TheLiljdude (or liljdude here on FA) back in 2018! How did that happen? Well, it's a long story.
I actually began working on a colour version of the original sketch months after it was made and I did so with Windows Paint (and even used Adobe Premiere Elements to darken the ink to as part of the "line art" process), but got stuck because I couldn't decide what colours the clothes (etc.) should be, so I shelved it for many years but decided last month (for reasons I'll explain in a future update on DA) it was time to finish it (also colouring it became a nightmare since the picture somehow took on a JPG format). So I got the picture done and was ready to post it, only to find Joey wasn't exactly comfortable with it due to certain policy changes that were made since 2018. BUT, he did offer to make up for it by redrawing the picture and even ink it so it'd be easier for me to colour. I accepted the offer and so he got to work on sketching and inking the new version. Then I was able to colour it and again, this was with Windows Paint and using it to colour art can be really difficult. But nonetheless I pushed on and the end result came out far better than what I was originally going to post.

REMINDER: The "n" on Nina's forehead stands for "Nina" or "nerd", that's all. Wouldn't need to state that if there weren't so many... I think you get the idea.
