Messing about with watercolour pencils.
Learned a few things from this - and if I were to do it again I probably would have waited longer for the page to dry before attempting to ink, if I'd ink at all. Now I look at it, the black is entirely too harsh. Unfortunately, the scanner did not do the blue background much justice. I actually coloured with blue and purple, but all the purple was lost in scanning. A shame, it contrasted the golden colour nicely.
I did vision because I only had a box of 12 kiddy watercolour pencils, and she's nice bright primary colours.
