The outfit is based off of Herlock Shlomes (yes that's his name) From the Great Ace Attorney Chronicles! I also absolutely adore the series so much, and I love him too! I'm a huge sucker for detective outfits, I used to have a detective dragon oc myself!
If you guys haven't played ace attorney yet I highly recommend playing the games, I absolutely adore this series so much. Drawing this reminded me of the good old days where I argued in GameFaqs about Trucy Wright's character... ahh, good old days.
