Eddies & iron.
The recent battle was not by any means difficult, or long endured. Nonetheless, it continued to ring deep in his ears long past the hour of clouded dawn. The clash of iron and sheiks of desperation almost drowned out the gentle and steady crash of eddies' against the hull of their newly commandeered Knarrs (transport) vessel.
Sailing from Hescks, he had noticed the sluggish and brash response of the hull through the water. It seemingly chose to pull the ocean with it, he thought. While the hull design was outdated, he suspected the overcapacity of prized cargo was the true cause of their pace. It was going to be a long day until he was home.
