the Crazy Siren. a supernatural villain who despite her name, is not a merwolf at all. she does however possess water based magic power that allows her to create water and control it. she also has a Medusa-like gaze that her eyes can do. and like her name suggests, she dose have a rather crazy personality. kinda like Harley Quinn
