I'm starting to suspect that I have an armor kink. Is that a thing? God, I hope that isn't a thing.
I really love the big hair, big floof, and big ears in this. I'm a simple man and it's these things that lured me here from the thumbnail, but I find myself adoring the design of the armor. I think it's very handsome and graceful, and I appreciate that the design is grounded in realism while still branching away from historicity and doing its own thing.
I'm not an expert in armor, but, if I may offer an unsolicited criticism, it would be that the skirt (apparently called a "fauld") looks like a singular, rigid piece, which would interfere with leg movement. They are normally like overlapping bands that articulate, much like the way you've drawn the thighs or arms here
I hope that my inclusion of the above paragraph doesn't come off as "uhm, actually." I meant my compliments very genuinely.
