Chica is a female member of Malachi's race that also starts off in their No Guard form due to the pact that they made eons ago. In this state, Chica is able to manifest a bag/purse called The Smuggler and with this item, she is able to grab and stuff almost anything she wants into her bag. The item can be as small a Pebble to as large as a house due to the fact that bag itself can forcibly draws in its items,things and or people into a sort of event horizon where they're then stored into a dimensional void, waiting to be unleashed by her at a later date. And before you think of snatching it, Chica herself can channel electric currents through her purse to shock her opponents and smack them in the face with it which grows in power in proportion to the number of things Chica stuffs in her bag.
