This was the result of a desire to draw Penelope in a Harajuku inspired setting. Dolljoints knew right away that an EGL outfit was the theme and came back with this outfit within minutes of the theme being settled on :D
I'm always happy to let people dress her up, and I love how this one turned out! I absolutely need to get more in this style too x.x I thought I'd have so many more in the lolita theme but I always get sidetracked with spur of the moment ideas.
I REALLY love the background for this one! They used Street View to find a street and traced out the setting there. The result was SO cool!
