Nahwoo sky dragon cats are the second most plentiful of the dragon cat subspecies. They can be found in most places of the islands but are more commonly found in the mountain ranges and the volcanic cliffs of Sulphur peaks where they build their houses in caves on the mountain sides. However, it is not uncommon to see them living amongst normal dragon cats in large towns where they can use their ability of flight to find work or help around.

Sky dragon cats normally have a sleek body with an average length of one metre with large wings which span is about one and a half times the length of their bodies. These larger wings help propel them through the sky at 220 kph (136 mph) and can reach 300 kph (186 mph) in a dive which they use to attack prey. The horns on their heads are smaller and curved backwards to give better aerodynamics in flight. Scales on their back also provide extra stability. They have the most potent fire of the species and coupled with the ability of flight can pose quite a dangerous creature to go up against.

While most sky dragon cats get along well with the other subspecies, they can pose to be quite arrogant and have a bit of a superiority complex as they see themselves as closer to actual dragons than the other species. Because of this, there are a few rifts between them and the other species.
