I am considering taking one commission for a fursuit/costume. The images above are three of the eleven costumes I have made. These are my best examples, thus far.

This is only for a full costume commission. The price will depend upon the details, but figure around $2,000 for a full costume like Durango or RedFox. This will include a full costume, a head with moveable jaw, molded paws and claws (hand-paws), feet based on shoes, etc.

This commission will include a completion date of early August, though a rush can be made for an extra fee.

Commissions are subject to my discretionary approval. I have certain standards by which I will accept a commission to ensure that you will be absolutely happy with the costume. I have certain standards I make costumes by. For performance costumes, they must be suitable for all ages, and especially children.

I run a tight ship, so this commission will include a binding, legal contract to protect both of us.

A few things to note about my costumes: I will not use substandard fur. Fur has to be of the highest quality and be both durable as well as feel right. I only use thick, long-pile fur. Construction is of the highest quality (for example, RedFox, used many times a year, still holds up with no degredation in craftsmanship, all seems are still intact, etc.) I will not purchase fur through internet sites. Any fur provided must be subject to my approval by swatch sample sent to me.

My costumes are entirely hand crafted, with the noted exception of the use of molded noses, pawpads, and claws. Heads are constructed on a durable plastic frame using steel rivets and includes padding to protect the wearer, and which can be removed for cleaning. Stitches are machine-sewn except in extreme cases where hand sewing is necessary and always utilize upholstery thread.

Suits are designed for wearability and performance as well as character. I am something of an expert in character design techniques and will apply that to the commission. I don't just build a fursuit, I make a character costume and take all factors of a character costume design, appearance, wearability, comfort, function, and purpose into consideration when designing and constructing a costume.


Please note that I will not do "fursona" fursuits unless you can demonstrate clearly that the fursona is a character that will be entertaining. I don't make costumes so you can show off your fursona, I make costumes so you can entertain and enjoy the costume for many, many years. You should have a good description of the proposed character for the costume.

Per standard practice, commission will require 50% payment up front, and the balance due upon completion and before delivery. Domestic shipping will be included, though express shipping may be provided at no extra charge under certain circumstances. All shipments will be insured for the full value of the costume.
