[Contest entry] Paradox

My contest entry for the Mi-Teintes+Rembrandt contest
I had to draw a picture with specific materials (pastel colors), and the topic was completely free, so I thought I'd try! The prizes looked quite good and I think I've mastered the technique we had to use for our pictures. I've drawn two dragons because I think it's the best thing I can draw... because I'm afraid I won't be able to win anything if I draw something where I'm still developing my style and stuff ._.
I think it looks pretty good, I've achieved the picture I wanted to draw for the first time in my life, I think! xDD I've learned a lot of stuff while painting it, specially with shading with colors! (purple is awesome for shading and I didn't know that!)

PS. The picture doesn't do justice, the original drawing looks quiiiiite better, but I don't know where can I find a big scanner like that D:

Mi participación para el concurso Mi-Teintes+Rembrandt
Tenía que dibujar algo con materiales específicos (colores pastel), y el tema era completamente libre, así que pensé que podría intentarlo. Los premios se veían bastante bien, y creo que tengo llevo la técnica que teníamos que usar bastante bien. He dibujado dos dragones porque creo que es lo mejor que sé dibujar... porque tengo miedo de que no podré ganar nunca nada si dibujo algo a lo que aún no haya adaptado un estilo propio y eso ._.
Creo que se ve bastante bien, ¡he conseguido la imagen que quería dibujar por primera vez en mi vida, creo! xDD He aprendido un montón de cosas mientras lo pintaba, especialmente al sombrearlo con colores (¡el morado es genial para sombrear y yo ni lo sabía!)

PD: La foto no ha salido del todo bien, el dibujo original se ve muuuuucho mejor, pero no sé dónde encontrar un scanner de ese tamaño D:
