It's a lot better than having 'pink eye'. XD You might be capable of laser vision or have the first stage of sharingan.
Seriously though, you may have some sort of tint in your eyes that reflect that way in photos. My mom's min pin's pupils have a bluish tint in them in the light (non photo).
Would make an interesting study to find out what causes that as not everyone's eyes do that.

You couldn't remember? Really? Do you know what that means?! Perhaps that cat wasn't just along for the ride. What he meant by car might have been robot and with some device was controlling you from back there then erased your memory after he was done.
