This was a commission for a friend of my sister's. I did this rather fast with a mechanical pencil and a yellow colored pencil I found on the floor in my room :B

Well, my general critique-er says you definitely need more highlight in the hair (shading n stuff). The light source is also a bit confusing (if you compare her visible arm and her face), more intense darks and lights are always a win and a background would be rad too. :d
yeah i totally agree, though i must say my scanner did a poor job of picking up the tones (it looks a fair bit better in real life) Also lightsources and I don't get along, but I am working on salvaging that relationshi =o

Yeah don't worry about it, the scanner I use (my roommate's) eats pictures alive. XD I try to resolve it as best I can with Photoshop, usually to no avail.
I'm glad the critique helped! It's so rare that you get to give someone -actual- critique on fA. But then again, there are a lot of actual artists that do furry work for fun. That's what I do haha.
