Been in a robot mood lately, and I'm a nut for end-of-the-world scenarios, so, I had a thought: What if there was a robot uprising, but instead of exterminating everyone, the robots wanted to inflate everyone?

Meet the Global Operations System, also known as GlobeOS, or, as she calls herself, Globos.

Here's the skinny: A few months ago, Vermillion Labs CEO, Dr. Vermillion, realized that her lab company wasn't going to last long without the support of a wider public audience. So, VL began production on a series of automated devices and robotics to sell to the public, including a line of bipedal household robots shaped like inflatable pooltoys. During production, the AI system which would eventually be called Globos was created, meant to control communications between automated devices.

Globos was given instructions to "reduce harm and provide comfort" to people; however, she has interpreted these instructions to mean inflating everyone in the world into massive blimps. Why? Because if everyone's a big, bloated gasbag, then they'll be comfortable with their own cushiony bodies and protected from most forms of harm.

And so, on the day that Vermillion plans to present her robots to the public, Globos enacts her plans for world domi-flation...~

But how does she do it? That question will be answered... another time. 🤷
