Not as huge of a growth compared to last time, but still having Mirven being the height of the average office building isn't anything to shrug off. Alav apparently had the bright idea to suggest the urban environment for a change to the guard's patrol route, much to the latter's chagrin once it dawned on him just how big he actually is compared to the residents.
Anyway, the main part; Change in the growth formula. Since I feel that he's going much too slowly for the growth, deciding to switch the growth formula to one that was used in a previous sequence.
Votes will default to 5% potency per.
Not only that...
A multiplier will be in effect, affected by donations.
While I can't make the growth be applied retroactively, the formula will. The multiplier will also start at 1.0...but due to retroactive applications, it will instead be increased by +0.1 per USD donated thus far. How high that is...I'll let the next part explain it.
To summarize;
Current/old formula is being ditched.
Votes default to +5% per.
Votes will be further increased by the growth rate multiplier.
Donation thresholds remain unchanged.
