Never when I draw him. Granted this was requested on /co/ (and between you and me I think anonymous may be gay) And frankly Mac is way to fun to draw in these situations anyway so all well. And Something weird about Snails. We're supposed to hate him, right? I can't! I love the character design. I hate his hard boiled egg yoke fur color but that's all. Him and Snips also remind me of Scratch and Grounder. Another big plus.

I never got that were were supposed to hate Snails, or Snips. Sure they were morons who led that ursa minor to the town but they did so out of a misguided adoration for Trixie. And it was mostly Snips' idea, too. Snails just went along with it because he's a derp. He was also the first of the two to realize they deserved punishment, and, since then, they seem to have mostly been accepted in Equestria, appearing in talent shows and getting invited to parties, and are pretty fairly tolerated by the other ponies.
