I made a tattletail oc when I was a kid I called "Birthday Cake"

Birthday Cake was a mint green tattletail with white dripping frosting covering the entire head and rainbow sprinkles, the revamped version here has been renamed Partti Cake and has a cassette player to play "party tunes". Because it's still technically a baby tattletail, being able to have an additional functions from the other tattletails has made Partti Cake unstable to a degree, from stuttering/repeating lines in rapid fashion to completely blanking when prompted for a response. Partti Cake tends to "forget" what their battery level is or how hungry are, etc. Making Partti a failed prototype who still tries its best to bring a smile to the party, where was the party again?
