Practice and confidence, really. <=) I ink by hand, and my digital inking is really awful, so I can't really help with digital tips... I guess all I can say is to not try so hard to make the lines perfect. The more confident you are, the less wobbly they are... and practice all the time. Don't get worried if you mess something up, just keep practicing and you'll get it. :) I'm sorry, I'm not very good at explaining things, better at showing.

This picture was actually drawn over a year ago. I'm inking with a new pen nowadays, and I really love it. It took some practice to get used to it, but my lines look better.
