I can't exactly remember how or why but sometime last year my mind was consumed by orcas and apparently my way of processing things is to make OCs about it.

Anyway, this is Istelien, I'm still not 100% set on his colourscheme but this is his general vibe.
He somehow got separated from his pod when he was younger and ended up being on display in a giant aquarium in a port town, still working out his story tbh.
I just know that the whole ordeal left him with incredibly poor social skills and a homesickness for the oceans of his origins even though they're more of a vague memory now.
