Realizer has the highest tier of leinic (magical) talent in all of the Civilian Investigation division of the Martial Inhibitor corporation. She can create complex leinic machines using multiple thrones, and do so without a blue print. In fact, her epithet is a reference to how good she is at creating leinic machines on the fly. In this case she has 7 thrones. All of them are exchanging parameters of physics. She has a habit of using lots of electrical and thermal exchange thrones to create many many different effects. What she's up to here is not quite known, but when the effect happens, it will be quite notciable.
