==== Background (Not Vilous Canon) : ====
The neon streets has always been an oxymoron to Phi: "How can such a bright city be so dull on the inside?"
He has always been very creatively minded, and this dichotomy didn't feel right to him. This is why he decided to put on the writer name "Kozo" and begin his writing and tagging journey throughout the city, making it more colourful one crime at the time.
The typical nevrean foldable albeit bulky wings were traded for more modern arm cybernetics. These allow him to walk among the crowd unhindered as well as keeping a lower profile overall. The cybernetics cover his entire forearm, including the hands. These hands are made to look like natural fingers but they grant him increased grip strength. The true marvel of these forearms are the foldable thrusters. When extended and in use, they emit an energy that manifests in a similar silhouette to the traditional nevrean wings. These allow him to zip and glide from high places or over gaps.
This trait becomes increasingly valuable when considering the criminal nature of his ambition. He is bound to come face to face with law enforcement, as much as he tries not to. In such cases, his agility and map knowledge allows him to outrun and outmanoeuvre with acrobatic excellence.
Keep an eye out for his signature " •KOZO• " graffiti tag on everyday objects and surfaces like poles, breaker boxes and trash cans. His larger pieces have been seen sparingly across the city and suburbs as he tries to spread out his presence to avoid authority and other writer contact.

==== Personality : ====
Phi is an easygoing individual, and a pretty reliable and approachable friend. He can be stubborn at times, but his persistence can be seen as an asset to his endeavors. He can't help it to occasionally prank his friends though.
He tries to stay in the know about the other graffiti writers in the city, and unless provoked, will usually respect any and all writer for their service to a "brighter" tomorrow. He adheres to the unwritten rules of graffiti writing like they're a creed.

==== Outfit (Mask and Helmet) : ====
Phi always carries his respirator mask with him, since it's rather compact and lightweight. Being exposed to all kinds of fumes and chemicals, it is an essential piece of equipment for his missions. It also doubles as a simple way of obscuring his identity from quick glances.
In case he needs to fully hide his face, he will bring his helmet with him. The nevrean beak shaped visor is covered in small LEDs, allowing him to project a face onto the display. This face can be freely customized with emoticons or icons, though it usually reflects his current facial expression. The inside of the helmet gives him real-time useful information, such as his whereabouts and possible escape routes, and allows him to preview a projection of his larger graffiti projects on surfaces.
