I know she's not gonna take it, Swift can't stand aside and let her 2 pup & mate die. If she was that kind of wolf then those 3 would be dead already.
Though I wanna lay out the what would happen after the bloodshed. A what if, if you may.
So Swift would've accepted the offer, either earlier or she would've changed her mind now. Point being, she would've accepted the offer. But there's more to it then just that. Politic are involved.
When the rest of the pack show up Swift would most likely in front of everyone have to take a knee before the Alpha Pair and renounce/relinquish her Alpha position/title.

I think that is the first time I have seen Singer not being a smug bastard when he is in a panel. It seems like he really wants Swift to be part of the new pack.
But Swift would never leave her mate and pups to die as that was the whole reason she fled with them in the first place. The question now is will Scree switch sides and help her against Singer and his friend (don't think we got his/her name).
But I think it will be more like with Seral and Red. They will wound Swift to near death and leave her to die possibly.
But I also fear that with that last panel we will now switch over to Seral hunting the pups (he did look right at the woods when he left Red) as that is a cliffhanger shot right there.
But Swift would never leave her mate and pups to die as that was the whole reason she fled with them in the first place. The question now is will Scree switch sides and help her against Singer and his friend (don't think we got his/her name).
