I like the current and number 2 c:
2 because the direction of lighting seems clearer but 1 because it looks furrier.

1) Your normal style is great for you current drawing themes
2) Harder shading would be good for chibi styles
3) Doing the shading process backwards so simple, but is very effective!
4) Coloured outlines are most effective well those cutesy unshaded drawings, and when you use a shade that's distinguishable from the main drawing. Try them every so often, using different colours for the outlines, they're great for emphasising something cute

In my personal opinion, I prefer #1, but all 4 are good in their own ways. Try using all 4; a wider range of drawing styles can attract a wider range of watchers!

Nr4 is not that easy for me so thanks for your nice advise :3

And maybe I'll do some drawings with these styles to see whit which of them I feel most comfortable xP

Experiment as you please, I like them all! But remember, you don't need to change your current style to anything else if you don't feel comfortable with another style. Everyone's style is different, and that's what makes art interesting
