aka "Mr. Angry dragon villain I don't have a spot for yet but I love him aesthetically"

Tunderaaz (TOON-dur-AS) is a white dragon who's been trapped in a human form. He's retained his draconic temper and ruthlessness, and will stop at nothing to return to his former glory. Using many magic items and accessories, and donning a dragonscale cloak, Tunderaaz emulates his dragon might and controls a local criminal gang known as the ice claws.

He's still not totally fleshed out, since he has yet to make an appearance outside of concept scribbles in my dnd campaign, so here are some notes in no particular order:

- He was cursed by his sister, who happens to be the ruler of the kingdom in which Tunderaaz resides. So he's extra extra salty at her.
- His gauntlets are very powerful but very heavy. Like, they were probably intended for a giant to wield. He stoops constantly because of their weight
- Like most white dragons, he isn't particularly bright.
- Though he lacks any of his previous form's draconic abilities, he has enough innate dragon-ness to shrug off the cold (at least a bit), and those in his presence for extended periods of time gain icy abilities (and end up as sort of half-dragons)
