The peacock thought he was done with the genie after making his third wish. Unfortunately for him, there wasn't a limit on the number of wishes. When he didn't make a wish for quite some time, his genie started making wishes for him. Now he's permanently trapped in a "Pretty Peacock Princess" suit with the genie now permanently bound to the permanently-attached plush crown. As a bonus, she added immortality to the wish and the suit is somewhat sentient. Since his voice is now permanently muffled by the thick plush suit, the suit will do all the talking for him.
