Synchronize, also known by the nickname "Syn" and a multitude of names across countless interstellar cultures, is an alien whose being is comprised of their former lovers in addition to themself. They are a hivemind.
Synchronize is worshipped as a deity in some parts of the multiverse, namely because of their unusual physiology and abilities.
They are flirtatious and charismatic, and have an innate charm to them. Syn is incredibly polyamourous, and primarily has open relationships. Because of their preference in relationships, they have become an incredible communicator and advocate for their own needs and the needs of others.
They have the ability to assimilate, or merge someone into them, though they prefer to do this with lovers only, after a long and healthy relationship. They consider it to be deeply personal, and akin to marriage but much more intimate. Their lover is transformed into Syn's likeness, and they act as one regardless of the body. This assimilation and transformation is permanent, and Synchronize stresses the commitment and magnitude of it long before it is done.
They can also hypnotize on command, but only do it with consent.
