One of Locke's earliest missions for the Jedi Praxeum required him to operate independent of his pack; the missions required his knowledge of the Circle of Syn's operations. He ended up becoming the perfect choice, as he and his team of Jedi Padawans and Antarian Ranger recruits stumbled upon the wreckage of a World Devastator; a weapon of mass destruction that could consume a planet's natural resources, then use it to construct ships, combat droids, and arms.

Naturally, it had to be destroyed. But a member of the Circle, Knight Khios, made sure that his mission was not an easy one...
