14 pieces of WWII Japanese 7.7mm riffle bullets found during a dig in my backyard in 2005 and 2011.
I finally got a good box to put them in.

i also have a 1939 Luger that was made in Germany. if my info is correct, that was when the treaty from ww1 was still in effect preventing Germany from producing firearms.

in 1940's the area around my house was invaded by the japs and was literaly a war zone.
My grandmother said there was an explosion with created a large ditch. the bodies of the japs where dupmed into the ditch and burried.

ok knew it had to be somewhere in the south eastern part of the asia-pacific theater. the phillapines was one of the most heavilly devistated portions of that region during the december japanese raids in 1941

Yes, actually. Type-99 Arisaka. There was a different type however, that used 6.5mm ammo.

ofcourse. there stricker on the bottom is no longer fucntional. but, they still have their gun powder inside

powder will degrade with time and temperature. If they were well kept, maybe, but unlikely now. Not to mention the tarnished brass would jam in the chamber.
