Even though Victor is very fat, he also likes to show off his muscles. He recently ate a lot of food to the point where his shirt doesn't cover his belly anymore where it is fully exposed. With his belly much bigger, he flexes his arms to show that he still has plenty of muscles and that his fat isn't holding back any of his strength. Victor is also flirtatious of showing off his muscles along with his belly. It looks like he caught someone's attention or someone caught his attention seeing that he is very confident about showing off his body.
