Step 1; Dive. Step 2; Kick. This sort of attack has caused it's fair share of problems in many games, whether it's a Tenmakujinkyaku, a Footdive (or two), or even Falcon Kick (and rufus' too). Heck, they're so broken, a whole game where you do nothing but Divekick was created in homage! But all jokes aside, even if the utility (and jank) varies depending on character, you use these for mix, neutral, cross-up feints and command grab bait, or if your game is unbalanced enough, combos and zoning.
