Thursday Prompt idea stolen from Walt46
Prompt: individual
Squabbling … over the last of Suzan’s donuts. They were good donuts, but squabbling over them?
Cindy frowned, it was way too early in her day to have to put up with the amount of noise being generated over one last doughnut.
Alex was just getting his breakfast, and she saw him pass the plate holding that last doughnut with both hands occupied – but the plate was bare once he’d passed.
She had opened her mouth to comment as he came next to her – only to find it full of half the missing doughnut!
As Alex sat down she could now see Starblazer and Firestorm happily working on the quarters of a doughnut someone had dropped into their breakfast bowl.
The Battling Bickersons finally noticed the last doughnut missing, and the squabbling went from who would have the last one to who would replicate more …
