I doubt many have seen the unusual little film (or collection of films) "Coffee and Cigarettes". I only discovered it a few weeks ago and I've become something of a fan. I love the way it's shot and the dialogs. It brings back memories of the days I spent in Parisian coffee houses, people watching, randomly chatting and listening to other people while drinking loads of coffee, chain-smoking and generally being a slightly bitter/cynical coffee house philosopher,...
I don't smoke anymore and the only coffee houses I get the chance to frequent these days are ghastly soulless corporate places,... it kinda says something about the turns my life has taken in the past few years and the mistakes i've foolishly made to make those turns happen,....
