I lived in Yokosuka, which is only a 45 train ride to Yokohama, which is another 45 minute train ride to Tokyo. Everything is very easy to navigate, as their transportation system is amazing and all the signs are half Japanese/half English (most of the time). I love that even the adults aren't afraid to like awesome stuff like anime. I had a lengthy discussion in English about Ghibli films and NGE with this older Japanese man. It was pretty rad :)
