Groo was taken advantage by davethefox, and this is how it all lead to this..

dave gave Groo a pie with a certain ingredient, helium. The roo bloated and started to float up, whilst the fox tied a string to the ankle of the roo. Next thing he knew, the fox had dragged the roo to a tent with a sign in front of it... "National Kangaroo Balloon Competition this way".
When the fox arrived at the registration table, Groo complained yelling at the people at the table trying to point out he was obviously a real roo and NOT a balloon and that dave was cheating. However the fox taped the roo's mouth shut, and carries on with entering into the competition.
The fox walks into the judging area, and of course with a round helium filled 10ft roo, the judge quickly noticed the pair, and it seems the judge has been shocked by love with the sight of bloated kangaroo! He must of thought it was a fur covered balloon as the fox ends up winning the contest of course, I mean look at the size of those other roo balloons, the fox had it in the bag!
