I made this piece as part of a drive confuzzled did for artwork for their conbook in 2023. tbh I misinterpreted the whole 'Into the Multiverse' theme that was going on, since I submitted this as a piece of art relating to a piece of multiverse fiction, His Dark Materials. (I'd just finished watching the TV adaptation at that time)
Will and Lyra are shown in this piece as anthro representations of their dæmons, Kirjava and Pantalaimons' settled forms (a cat and pine marten, respectively).
