The more that she went on, the more it appeared that Mr. Di'Tirin may have erred in letting her up here to vent her frustrations. Always open to hearing the needs of his associates... everyone has their limit. He is no exception. And the more she goes on, the more he realizes that exact limit. First, it's about her coworkers and the fact that they are not being held to the same standard that ought to be held, then back to the management on the middle levels with respect to her voicing concerns. Cycling back to her pay, she felt that she was owed at least a five thousand dollar raise in the salary for her Speaking of work... well... you get the picture.
The stress actually managed to show just a hint on Mr. Di'Tirin's face, eyes closing for a moment as the impression of pinching the bridge of his nose was felt - albeit not acted upon. The fact is. This woman is loud. She is expressive. She is dedicated... She is confrontational, and brash, and can be quite unruly when she believes she is in the right. And one can only wonder how often she believes herself to be in the right. But not wanting to interrupt her and risk escalating things further, he resigned to trying to think of what the best course of action would be. Weigh the pros and cons. Right as an idea hit his head though... she slammed her hands on the table.
"HELLO!? Don't you dare go to sleep on me. This ain't time for a CAT-nap. I am literally laying out so many issues with this company. Honestly. I could go federal with this shit. And don't even get me started on PTO. Why again do you need a cumulative four months' worth of paid leave when most of your lower staffers can only get half that?"
This pup needs to be taught some professionalism and manners...
