These are actually pretty slim compared to a lot of fursuit footpaw patterns! It's common to see "big stompy" style paw patterns that are twice or even three times as bulky as these! (And that isn't a criticism- big paws are super fun!) So yes, the birb feet are a bit clunky to walk in, but not particularly more clunky than many other footpaws. The style I strive for isn't super slim and realistic. Regardless, you should always be very careful and have a guide when dealing with stairs in suit! Most suiters at cons tend to take the elevator for that reason :3
