Markings: Pickles has typical hooded markings, that is, a white body with a black head. However, his face is an off-grey to white colour. He has a black marking on his back which is similar in shape to a 3

Extras: Has a long and rather pointed nose for a rat, and some of his teeth are visible when his mouth is closed. He has a notch in his left ear where his ear tag was removed, and a small rip in his right where Warlock attacked him for suggesting Faith was a crap alpha. He has a scar of his number in a circle on his upper left arm.

General:
Pickles is an ex laboratory rat, his allocated number was Three. He was used in socialisation experiments and was subjected to extreme over crowding, often being placed in tiny tanks with many other rats to the point where movement was virtually impossible. As such, he now generally dislikes physical contact and prefers his personal space to go un-invaded. Occasionally, he will accept physical contact but it has to be on his terms. He
has been known to bite.

Pickles has a bad attitude. He dislikes most other rats and isn't shy about showing it. He delights in the misery of others and often degrades other rats for his own amusement. He seems to have no tact and will readily say abusive or offensive things seemingly with no guilt. He particularly likes to pick on Jester and maintains he is actually doing him a favour by pointing out his faults and forcing him to 'toughen up'.

Most other rats are aware of this side of his personality and try not to take what he says personally. He actually has an extremely good sense of humour; he just prefers to use it to upset others. Like most bullies, he's a coward. He'll go belly up in any physical confrontation, and run from danger if he can. He will not pick on rats he knows will turn around and bite him; only those who are too good natured to retaliate. He's sarcastic and intolerant and seems to have a constant mocking sneer on his face. He has a talent for finding someone's deepest personal issues and completely ripping them apart and mocking them. He regularly likes to taunt Jester about Grudge, and on one occasion actually reduced him to tears. But pickles is a low ranking rat, and he knows it, so he goes just far enough
to avoid being ousted from the group. He also has a horrible habit of blatantly and unashamedly brown-nosing when he wants something. He's a complete creep, and can go from mocking you to complimenting you if he finds out you have something he wants.

There is doubt over his sexuality, he could well be gay. Or at least, he's bi-sexual. But he is extremely defensive over this and insists its not true and that he has a girlfriend, you just never see her because she lives a long way away......

Pickles isn't all bad. Despite his mean exterior, he is actually devoted to his group and wouldn't wish any harm on any of them. and has even been known to go out of his way to help another. He just has a problem admitting this. He has an amazing sense of smell and is extremely useful to have around if only for this reason
