File Opened: We aren’t entirely sure when Blake [Redacted] first fell victim to this transformation, as they were prone to already go no contact with friends and families for stretches of time. No one was aware of their transformation until field agents came across them, and by the time we were able to capture the specimen and transfer them to Site [Redacted] it had already been several months.
Thankfully, despite being quite feral, the specimen appears quite shy, preferring to avoid humans and other specimens alike. As of currently, there have been no incidents or injuries from the specimen, as it prefers to flee from any perceived danger.
