... during new year! He said he'll just fly above the fireworks but some fireworks just reach higher altitudes than other. On the bright side, he's fire proof.

Turned out waaaaaaay better than I thought it would. Although it didn't really look like the picture in my head. Am genuinely happy about this :3. Specially in the shading department. I finally found a technique I could regularly use. I swear... I think I improve more when I take huuuuge break from drawing... weird... 7 months it was O_O... The Macro eco pic doesn't count since that was a really lazy pic without much effort :|. Now I must conceptualize next pic :P.

I know you guys might be wondering... A new year's picture... IN APRIL?! Yeah.. yeah... I actually sketched this up the last week of December in hopes of finishing it by new year.... But nooooo. School reared it's ugly head and kept me busy. Fought hard to reach my retention grade and I'm proud to say that I made it and I'm still in school :). Then there's the car with all it's fixing and stuff. And I just got sponsored wahoo! So I need to race once a month... It's eating through my time T_T. But finally with school ending (and fighting the laziness) I found the will to pick up the pen (tablet) again :P. And I say, I forgot how much fun this was :D.
