Himuro is a young, amiable rodent born and raised in Neo-Tokyo. Having been raised in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, It's safe to say that his childhood was rocky at best.
As a child, Himuro usually hid behind his father whenever something harmful came his way; and thus, was a bit soft growing up.
Usually, being the punchline of local jokes, Himuro was bullied a lot growing up because of his nearsightedness and inability to defend himself, and even more because he was a rat. A prey, if you will.
Because of this, Himuro had to be transferred to a multitude of different schools across different prefectures, struggling to make good grades for a while before finally graduating in 2073.
Now, being an adult, Himuro suffered from a multitude of mental disorders, heavily doubting in himself and frequently having thoughts of taking his own life. He struggled to find joy in anything that he did, whether it be pursuing his hobbies or hanging out with his few friends. He slowly decended into rage, blaming modern society for making him the way he is. He turned to violence, joining a delinquent biker gang going by the name of: "Bijou Beasts"—A group of rats, mice, and other species of prey trying to make themselves known in a city full of predators.
Holding the handlebars of a motorcycle, Himuro slowly found himself enjoying life once more, speeding through traffic with his newly found friends and living on the wrong side of the law.
Destined and determined to become a legend in Neo-Tokyo, Himuro swears to remind the world: "Never judge a book by it's cover".
