Moola, Goddess of Wealth, Queen of Greed, Matriarch of Monopoly, Empress of Entrepreneurs, Maiden of Merchants, Courtesan of Coin, Lady Luck, Miss Fortune. Top half is a cat, bottom half is a rabbit, to represent the fickleness of luck. She has the power to turn things she touches into gold and she also eats gold, this is symbolic of her ability to bless people with prosperity or curse them the poverty. She has a silver tongue, don't trust her lies. Moola will lay golden eggs if she eats too much, signifying the concept of trickle down economics.
Moola has the power of Monetary Manipulation, giving her the ability to manipulate wealth and anything related to it. Moola can create money, including coinage, banknotes, jewels, precious metals and anything that is used as currency. This includes any currency that is digitalized. Moola can infuse her control over money with her physical combat.
Moola will do anything for money and inspires greed in others; as she is empowered by financial transactions. It is not the intrinsic value of money, but the faith people put into it that empowers her. She believes that there are only two types of people in the world, winners and losers, that is why she loves gambling because she always wins. She has the power buy absolutely anything. For her, everything has value and can be bought. Including people, concepts, and even elements of reality. She will always sell anything to anyone for an exorbitant price. She will even charge people for thinking in her vicinity and breathing her air.
Moola is never satisfied, and sends her minions out to find gold constantly. The incoming gold in turn has to be tallied. And the existing gold must be inventoried to make sure none of it has gone missing. Plus, Moola sleeps on a hoard of treasure and takes a bath in all her gold every three hours. She is obsessed with all things valuable, and is compelled to increase her wealth. She doesn't care for the well-being of others, only caring about how much she can profit from them to indulge her own greed.
Never trust her generosity, for she never gifts, only lends. Whatever she gives you she expects you to pay her back twice as much. If you die while indebted to her, even if it is just a single cent, she will collect your soul as collateral and transform you into one of her shill shrews. A greedy rodent that steals any thing that glitters to fill her Treasure Vault. You are suppose to put coins over the eyes of the dead to pay off any debt they might owe her. While it might not come close to paying off their debt, she is so greedy she will go after those coins instead of collecting the soul. Money is more valuable to her than souls, letting one coin go is the same to her as losing infinite wealth.
Shill shrews are treated like dice, poker cards or bingo balls in her casinos. They are even used on the reels of her slot machines. She stuffs them into gumball machines and claw game machines so that she can pull out random one that have been marked with a number or icon. It is viewed as a rather unpleasant afterlife, while not as worse fate as hell, it is still rather unfortunate. Stuck working a terrible job for all eternity. Some of her minions are named Bill, Frank, Sterling, Won, Penny and Rupee.
Moola does not take kindly to intrusion into her Treasure Vault. Only those deemed the "Diamond in the Rough" may enter her Vault. Picking up any treasure in the Vault is considered a loan, even if it is put immediately, interest has been incurred and must be paid back before death. It is called the "Binds On Pickup" clause of her contract that she readily posts all over the Vault. The Vault is guarded by Opulence, a construct of living treasure, made from gold coins and jewels. It attacks any thief foolish enough to try to steal from the Vault. Moola aims to lure greedy adventurers into her realm to their doom in a sea of riches they would never spend.
She has a special ability called "Gold Money Armor" which transforms her treasure into golden body armor. If the armor takes too much damage it shatters into gold coins leaving her naked except for a small “foreclosure” tag over her genitals.

She sounds like a D&D antagonist cross with a pokémon? With those abilities. Mostly because I remember hearing of a Pokemon with ability called payday where it hits you with money then picks up the money afterwards
