Last night I drove my brother home from an afterschool thing. It had been raining all day and the roads were clear. I took us through a little shortcut, cutting between a dozen neighborhoods on a quiet road. Rain splashed on the windshield as we cruised along. My brother pulled out his 3DS and hopped on a game. My eyes were trained on the road ahead.
