A pic in celebration of HAL Laboratory's 44th Anniversary
Maybe you would have gotten it by now, but, yeah, I enjoy games like Kirby and Earthbound.
I thought it would be fun to have a pic that just feels exactly like those pics that the Official Kirby account posts. Something that looks genuine. I even heard from the Kirby account that "in lore" these pics are made by Adeleine.
And I also love the idea of being with these characters, feeling like another recurring character amongst them. It's like I'm part of the franchise.
Here me (Povynn) and Taranza are playing with Gamecube controllers, while others watch us play. You might already have an idea of what the two of us are playing.
The Channel PPP crew is here to talk about the game. There's also several of HAL's own icons, like Kirby, Qbby (from BoxBoy), Jobski (from Part Time UFO) and Lolo and Lala (from Adventures of Lolo/Eggerland)
I think I nailed the style quite well, it feels like a really cool commemorative illustration!
