She's Belgian Malinois. Amazing dog, sweet and kind, I'm really surprised that somebody left her on the street. We tried to find her previous owners, but as soon as we found out how psychologically traumatized she is, we stopped. Whoever was her owner, they doesn't deserve her. She is afraid of sticks and rags to the point of panic, so it is quite obvious that she was repeatedly beaten by her previous owners.
