Well, I haven't updated in a while so I thought I post what I'm currently working on. I'm trying my paw using vectors since the logo I made came out so nice. This is what I have so far. It's been slow and tedious but the lines are so smooth. At least the image is fairly symmetrical so it's not too bad. I done one side and duplicated and flipped it to get the other side. Modified it some so give it some asymmetry to it. Going to touch it up a bit (like finishing the wings) before adding the monitor with the 5k pageview screenshot. So, what you all think so far?

OMG, the top of his head is missing!! O.-.O
Heh, actually it looks pretty good. :) But seriously, if you actually drew those wings by hand that perfectly, I would've dropped to my knees and cried out of pure envy (or something)...cuz I sure as hell cannot draw things that perfectly. I do try, however.
But I can see you just did a duplicate of the first wing! You cheater! XD lol...

That's why I use those vectors (bezier curves mainly) to go over a sketch. A bit tedious but makes very smooth curves. I'll post the sketch with the wing in the scraps to show you what I have. I did the wings quickly since I was planing to go over it anyway.
The image lend itself to be symmetrical so I copy the wings over but made subtle changes here and there. Not only was it easier, but it won't look lopsided.
