A character based on a female rat from original novel of “The Secret of NIMH”; Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH. This is Isabella, the female IM-Human working in a library as a librarian.

She is one of the young women in colony Bund who has a large infatuation for Justin. It began when she was nearly attacked by enemy soldier during war, she was saved by Justin. Since then, she often proclaims to marry him when she’s older. Although properly confessed her feelings to him, Justin politely but firmly rejected her. Isabella harbors a one-sided rivalry towards Elizabeth Brisby. However, Jonathan’s widow finds her demeanor adorable and innocent, reminded her of her days she met Jonathan.
