This is probably the longest description I've ever wrote lol, so buckle up.
A few months ago during a hunt on a formidable Ankylosaurus, a fit and well-defined Baryonyx named Brook had been taken out of action by the hardy herbivore's valiant and powerful clubbing tail. As she landed with a dull but visceral thud near the trickling stream her family had conducted the hunt near, Brook's ankle suffered a poignant and blunt force injury, her muscles tearing under the stressful beating. Clearly immobilised by her injury, Brook's family, driven by a deep instinct to save their pack-mate, began feeding her as much as they could to heal her.
As months rolled by, days of relentless feeding blurred together, Brook's once muscular body plumping with each meal, rolls emerging around her limbs, tail, neck and face, her once defined outline becoming an amorphous jumble of fatty adipose tissue and thick rolls. Shaped by her injured leg and her family's restless care, Brook had become monumentally obese, barely being recognisable as the Baryonyx she once was, if not for her defining blue-green scales. She laid dormant and growing in her nest, one that she has long outgrown the borders of as her immensity pooled far over the homely moss-covered divot she once fit adequately into.
Brook had become insatiable, her neck sinking into the rest of her body, now defined by a stack of uniform rolls which grew more fat as they descended her bloated front. Her limbs had become weak appendages, wrapped tightly in swaying rolls, her haunches particularly defined by her sedentary life. Whenever she dared to shift her colossally swollen body, ripe jiggles would wash over her expanse like waves of jiggling and wobbling lard. Though her leg was beyond healed by now, she didn't dare stand on it, keeping up her act to continue feasting on the constantly increasing food quantities awarded by her hard-working family.
One particularly cloudy day, a storm raged viciously across the primal scales, as clouds pooled above, a malicious swirl warning a distant disaster. Brook fed obliviously on the carcass of a dinosaur dragged to her nest by her father earlier that day, still believing her to be unable to hold herself up on her ankle. As she bit at the meat, her fat getting in her way, she fed slowly and lethargically as the rest of her pack gathered safely atop a steep slope, calling down to her, warning her about the flood they assumed was slowly arriving. Brook didn't heed them, continuing to gorge her round form. Suddenly, as Brook felt the water gathering beneath her girth she looked to her family, realising the danger she was in as she recognised their calls. She called back frantically, but knowing they couldn't help her, she then attempted to rise.
Through a miraculous effort the enormously engorged Brook took to her weakened and quivering feet, as she caught her breath from the short exertion, she realised that despite her getting up, her belly was still firmly contacting the floor, planted beneath her and practically holding her up. Briefly ignoring her obesity, she slowly plodded one foot forward after the other, but it was no use, she stopped after just a few laboured footfalls, swollen and severely overexerted, she stood exhausted, her tired heart deafening her hearing with it's plump and unsteady beats. As she wheezed and huffed between frantic calls, she looked to the canyon opening realising the flood water was barreling towards her, prompting her to shuffle forward as fast as she could. The effort was no use however, as the beyond obese Baryonyx was swept into the distance.
